Casey Cobb

First Vice President/Branch Manager, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management

Local Board Member, Tampa Bay

Casey has spent the majority of his career with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in a number of leadership roles primarily focused on coaching and development of other leaders and employees. He currently serves as the Branch Manager of the Palm Harbor market, where he leads teams of Financial Advisors, Support Staff and Managers to ensure they are delivering first-class service and advice to families and business throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Originally from Gulf Breeze, FL, Casey came to the Tampa Bay area in 1999 to attend the University of South Florida as a member of the ’99-’03 football team, graduating USF with a degree in Management Information Systems within the College of Business.

Outside of the office, Casey is passionate about coaching and mentoring student-athletes. Raised by a coach and a schoolteacher, and through his many years of playing competitive sports throughout his life, Casey understands the vital role a positive coach can play in the lives they touch. To that end, he continues to mentor student-athletes through USF’s Selmon Mentoring Institute and routinely volunteers his time with other students to help prepare them for life after high school and college.

Casey joined the PCA board in 2023. His son, Cameron, is currently a member of the USF football team and his youngest son, Drew, will continue his playing career with the Jacksonville University baseball team following his high school graduation in 2025. Casey’s wife, Lynn, is a native of Tampa and attended Tampa Catholic before graduating from the University of South Florida.
